The below rumours seem true and it looks as if Portsmouth will offer £2.5million for Buzsaky who has a contract clause that he may speak to other clubs if a 2million pound offer is recieved.
Bernie and Flavio might have to get the wallet out to keep him but i fear the top half prem offer will be to much to keep Buzsaky.
Also it looks more and more likely that Stephen Carr will come to Rangers. He can't get a look in at Newcastle and wants to live in London.
